Meet Reginald Oduor. Blind since early childhood, Reginald has not let his disability stop him from living his life to the full potential. Utilising special software and ICT tools for the visually disabled, Reginald surfs the web, does research for his PhD thesis and sends emails from the Public Information Centre at the World Bank Kenya country office. ICT can greatly facilitate the social inclusion of people with disabilities around the world.
